Returns & Inspection Policy

Return window: 30 days from delivery for un-fired, unfired firearms in original factory condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories. Firearms that have been discharged, modified, or show handling marks beyond safe functional inspection cannot be returned. Non-firearm items must be unused with original packaging.

Condition requirements: The firearm must pass our re-inspection verifying: unchanged headspace, unaltered sights or optics mounting surfaces, factory lubricant present on wear points, bore free of copper fouling or powder residue, and no cylinder or barrel timing changes (for revolvers). We inspect with precision gauges and borescopes.

Restocking: No restocking fee for verified defects or our error. For buyer's remorse returns on unfired items, a 15% restocking fee applies to cover re-verification, re-packaging, and administrative costs. Return shipping is at customer expense unless the return results from our error or a verified defect. All returns require an RMA number issued by [email protected]—shipments without RMA will be refused.

Process: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within the 30-day window. We'll provide an RMA number and shipping instructions. Upon receipt and verification, refunds (minus any applicable restocking fee) are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. Note that FFL transfer fees paid to your local dealer are not refundable.
