All orders constitute an offer to purchase subject to our acceptance following compliance verification. We reserve the right to refuse any order that cannot satisfy federal, state, or local firearms regulations. Prices are listed in USD and include applicable sales tax where required. Pricing errors may be corrected prior to shipment.

Intellectual property: All firearm images, technical diagrams, and performance data are property of Ironclad Arsenal or used under license. Unauthorized reproduction of our technical specifications, test methodologies, or photographic content is prohibited. Our product descriptions—including accuracy verifications, tolerance assessments, and functional notes—represent proprietary evaluations protected by copyright.

Limitation of liability: Firearms are mechanical devices subject to wear, maintenance requirements, and ammunition-specific performance variations. We expressly disclaim liability for incidents arising from improper handling, unauthorized modifications, ammunition selection, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions. Our role is as a verified supplier; responsibility for safe operation, legal compliance, and proper maintenance rests entirely with the purchaser. Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
